After you have added the current spouse, reactivate the Statue of Dudesta and “Reset Wedding” for other spouses. Then, “Add” the present spouse in the multiple spouse table.

After normal ceremony, you will have to activate a statue located next to the altar, called Statue of Dudesta. You will have to do the ceremony for each spouse separately. The immersive way, as you can guess, is a bit tedious.
